Hi, I’m Nadia De La Vega
I founded Agence DELV because I am passionate about helping businesses embark on sustainable practices & embrace diversity and inclusion. I believe that businesses who grow responsibly, with purpose, integrity and genuine care for people & planet, are the ones that endure.
With 12+ years in Food & Beverage sustainability & regulatory compliance, including Director-level roles at public enterprise scale and board-level vision, I bring strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to growing companies that want to do things right.
I am passionate about authentic partnerships — particularly supporting women-owned, Indigenous-owned, and purpose-driven businesses. My goal is to support businesses who want to drive positive impact and adopt responsible business practices.
My Background
My work spans sustainability strategy, ESG compliance, food regulatory affairs, supply chain due diligence, content, communications and recipe development — with a deep specialization in the tea and specialty beverage sector.
I've built programs from the ground up, navigated complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments, and launched award-winning partnerships with Indigenous communities and agricultural partners at origin. I bring that same breadth of experience to every client engagement at DELV.

I am passionate about authentic partnerships — particularly supporting women-owned, Indigenous-owned, and purpose-driven businesses. As an immigrant to these lands we call Canada it’s been crucial for me to learn about it’s colonial past to move forward. My work focuses on the power of partnerships and collaborations with the Indigenous people of Turtle Island. My approach is grounded in the belief that when we build companies rooted in collaboration and genuine respect for people and our environment, we all grow together.
DELV provides expertise typically reserved for public companies, delivered on a model accessible to growing businesses. If you don’t know where to start, together we can discover actionable steps you can take to embark on your sustainability journey.
Rooted in Collaboration
I reside in Tiohtià:ke also known as Montreal and I recognize the Kanien'kehá:ka Nation as the custodians of this unceded territory. This has historically been a gathering place for many First Nations.
